  • Before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If the product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill your order within a reasonable time frame.
  • In case of a significant error in the order details, such as incorrect product specifications or pricing.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  2. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the "Cancel Order" button.
  3. If the option to cancel is not available, please contact our customer service team via email.Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

If your order is successfully cancelled, we will process the refund as follows:

  • For payments made by credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the original card used for the purchase within 3 - 5 business days.
  • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account within 2 - 3 business days.
  • In case of other payment methods, the refund will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the payment provider.

Please note that shipping charges are non - refundable, unless the cancellation is due to our error.

4. Non - Cancellable Orders

The following types of orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Custom - made or personalized products, as they are specifically produced according to your requirements.
  • Downloadable products that have already been accessed or downloaded by you.
